Bill is a therapist working in the York district offering counselling on a range of issues.
A former chemist, Bill has worked in city, town and country settings as a Priest as well as a in a hospital and prison setting. He has specialised in loss issues and has a PhD from Warwick University in the subject of understanding parental child loss cross-culturally. He has written 12 books on various subjects for children and adults. Bill is a qualified counsellor, supervisor and a chartered Psychologist.
He has qualifications in PGCHE, play therapy, stress management, Hynotherapy, PTSD and traumatic loss issues, pastoral care and supervision of counsellors.
Bill was a chaplain where he lectured on bereavement and counselling issues. Bill has lecturered at Oxford/Cambridge and internationally.
